Event Details

The SPHERE Research Infrastructure will participate in the 3rd EAI International Conference on Security and Privacy in Cyber-Physical Systems and Smart Vehicles (SmartSP 2025), to be held in Salt Lake City, Utah, on December 1–2, 2025. SmartSP 2025 brings together researchers and practitioners from academia, industry, and government to explore emerging security and privacy challenges in cyber-physical systems and smart vehicles.

Dr. Luis Garcia, Assistant Professor in the University of Utah’s Kahlert School of Computing and SPHERE’s domain expert and liaison for CPS technology, will represent SPHERE at SmartSP. He will engage with the CPS and cybersecurity community on shared research infrastructure needs and present a poster and demo highlighting how SPHERE supports reproducible CPS experimentation. His participation aligns with SmartSP’s mission to advance discussion of emerging ideas and trends in CPS security and privacy.
